We are kindly asking for the support of our parents, carers, friends, families and the wonderful local community to help us raise the money needed for a fabulous Wellbeing Cabin in our school!
Since the lockdown we have become aware that some of our children are struggling to adjust to being part of a bigger class again. We are trying to provide spaces for these children to work alongside trained teaching assistants to help them to develop their emotional literacy and engage with some therapeutic support. We recognise that wellbeing is an essential building block for self-esteem and academic progress.
We would therefore like to build a cabin for groups of children that we can site in our grounds which can be used for our emotional support groups, play therapy, mentoring sessions, speech and language support, and much more!
