Arundel Cathedral Visit

May 27, 2022 | News

Last week, the School Council and RE Council had the opportunity to visit Arundel Cathedral. It was run as a Pilgrimage day where the children were lead in prayer and were able to be ACE (Arundel cathedral Explorers) detectives. It was a great day out and the children all enjoyed themselves!

This is what Aarna and Zofia in year 6 had to say about it…

“The R.E and School Councils were invited to go to Arundel Cathedral on Thursday 19th May. We were Pilgrims on our journey to Arundel. Paul and Nikki helped us learn more about the cathedral and its history.

We did an explorers worksheet with fun activities and learnt facts about the Cathedral. We learnt about St Phillip and his wife Anne Dacre. Overall, we had an amazing and extraordinary time and we would be happy to visit again.”
